SIRIUS IRELAND Returns Policy – Products purchased in online store
Save where your product is faulty, you must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of your purchase.
We can refund you in full by the original payment method, offer you an exchange, or a voucher to the value of your purchase if you return the unwanted purchase as sold and accompanied by the original proof of purchase within the 14-day period. If you made your purchase with a credit or debit card, then the refund will be made to the card used for purchase.
If an item is returned without the receipt, we will, unfortunately, be unable to issue a refund. If the item(s) is not returned in the same condition as sold, then we reserve the right to refuse a return – i.e item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and with all original accompanying documentation.

Refund Payments

Once an item has been purchased, if the customer request for a refund we will provide the customer with a refund within seven working days of the time of the refund request.

Please note: If a transaction is canceled/refunded by Sirius Ireland we are obliged to give you a full refund. If a transaction is canceled by the customer then Sirius Ireland is obliged to charge an account transaction handling fee of €10.00.
